Description

Cala black sunglasses from our new sunglasses brand Parafina. Parafina sunglasses are unisex, water-resistant, and environmentally friendly. These Cala sunglasses are made from 100% recycled HDPE plastic with arms made from organic bamboo. The polarized lenses are pepper green, the arms are wood-colored, and the frame is black.

Features: UV400 protection. The lenses block 99% and 100% of ultraviolet light (EVA and UVB). Filter category 3 certificate. Blocks 82% to 92% of light. The lens is 47 mm wide, the arms are 135 mm and the nose bridge is 23 mm. 

Nice to know: the frame is also suitable for prescription lenses. 
Materials & care
  • Frame material: 100% recycled HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) plastic (including shampoo and detergent bottles) and legs made from 100% organic bamboo. The lenses are made from polycarbonate (1 mm thick).
  • Vegan: yes
Manufacturing & labels
  • Production: all waste comes from more than 20 different landfills around the world. Mainly from India, China and Indonesia. Then it is made sustainably and fairly in an own factory in China. The lenses are made in Germany (certified factories)
  • Certificates: ISO, Fair Trade, ECO product, B CORP
