Our Club Sophie Stone savings program rewards you for supporting conscious fashion! Every time you store with us, follow us on social media, celebrate your birthday, refer a friend to us or donate clothing, you earn points that can be redeemed for discounts, gifts or repairs.

Probably you already have a customer account with us. In that case you don't have to do anything, you are automatically a member of our loyalty program from November 4. If you do not have an account with us yet, you can create one and then you will automatically start earning points.

If you've already created an account with us before, just click on the 'Points Savings' widget and log in with the same login credentials and you'll be on your Club Sophie Stone page. Even better, you may discover that you already have some points in your account :)

You can earn points in several ways:

• 1 point for every €1 you spend
• 50 points for creating an account
• 10 points when you follow us on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok
• 10 point for donating clothes in the store
• 200 points if you refer a friend to us and they place a 1st order
• 500 points on your birthday (be sure to add your birthday to your profile)

Yes, your points will be deducted when you make a return. Only the points for the returned item will be deducted.

Yes, you earn points on the total amount you spend after discounts, excluding shipping costs.

Go to the Earn Points tab in our Club Sophie Stone widget at the bottom left of our site, click on 'Earn Points', click on 'Follow on Instagram' (or FB or TikTok), and once the social media page opens, just log in and start following us. That's all, the points will be awarded automatically after that.

Points from purchases appear in your account within 24-72 hours after your order is completed.

No! Earn as much as you want and use those points as you want.

With Sophie Stone Friends Advantage (Refer a Friend), you can invite friends to learn about Sophie Stone by offering 10% off their first purchase. As a thank you, you will receive 20 points in your Sophie Stone account for each friend you successfully refer after they place their first order.

Bring your used garments to our store in Utrecht. For each donation visit you will earn 1 point. It is not possible to send these clothes to us by mail.

You can redeem your points for these rewards:

• 50 points: €1 discount voucher
• 300 points: Free pair of ARMEDANGELS socks
• 450 points: €10 discount voucher
• 500 points: A free A Beautiful Story bracelet
• 800 points: €20 discount voucher
• 1000 points: Free alteration or repair by Mended

Log in to your account, go to the "Vouchers" section and choose the discount or gift you want to redeem your points for.

Yes - unless otherwise specified, discount coupons are valid for both online and in-store purchases.

When you have saved 1000 points you can redeem it for Free Mended or Repair by Mended. You choose this voucher in the 'redeem points' section and add it to your shopping cart, then check out and receive a confirmation of your order that includes Free Mending as a product.

Then bring the garment you want to shorten, repair or alter and your order confirmation to our store. We can also pin it to the desired length for you. Then our local tailor Nikos will pick up the garment and bring it back when it has been made. We will send you an email that it is ready for you to pick up.

You cannot (at this time) send garments to be altered/repaired to us.

Points remain valid for 24 months from the date they are earned.

Points are non-transferable and tied to your personal account.

You can check your point balance at any time by logging into your account and going to the Point Balance section.

We believe fashion should be circular. By returning your old clothes, you help reduce waste and give garments a second life - and we thank you for that with a loyalty point.

Donated garments are either repaired, upcycled or responsibly recycled in collaboration with our sustainability partners.
