Organic shops can be hard to find. Especially when abroad.

7 hotspots in Lisbon!

Sophie Stone Blog Organic Hotspots Lisbon

Or better put, the stores selling those 'better' products can be hard to find. If you're interested in organic food/ fair trade clothes/ artisan made goodies you'll probably know where in your own neighbourhood or town to find them. However, when abroad it can be quite a challenge to track down that one little hidden gem of a boutique selling the perfect gift for your colleagues baby shower, or what ever...

At least, that is what I experience when planning my city trips. When going to another city I love strolling around small little boutiques discovering products and brands I didn't know before. However, when I try to do research before going taking off, I often find it hard to find the nice (organic) places to be.

Just before taking off to Lisbon recently, I experienced the same issue: I spend some time Google organic/sustainable fashion in Lisbon but this didn't return the addresses I was looking for. Fortunately, a good friend of mine went there shortly before me and gave me some lovely addresses. This combined with some nice places I discovered while being on the grounds leads me to present to you a list of cute places to visit when in Lisbon:
