So do we. At Sophie Stone in the heart of Utrecht, we’ve been selling the most beautiful sustainable fashion, fair-trade jewelry, zero-waste personal care products, and circular sneakers for 10 years. And we’re looking for you to join our store team.

As a Sales Associate (Sustainable Stylist), you’re the face of our store. You’ll advise customers on our 37 European brands, put together unexpected outfits, and share your passion for fair fashion. No two days are the same: from a customer picking out her first sustainable dress to someone looking for circular sneakers, you make a difference.

What will you do?

• Provide personalized advice to customers about our sustainable collection and the stories behind the brands

• Styling outfits that are just a little different—your eye for fashion makes all the difference

• Creating a warm atmosphere where everyone feels welcome—including a cup of coffee

• Brainstorming ideas for the store: from window displays to product presentations to in-store events

• Be part of a growing concept that makes fair fashion accessible to everyone

Who are you?

A fashion enthusiast with a passion for sustainability. You’re friendly, customer-focused, and a good listener, but you’re also not afraid to think outside the box and approach people with ease. You don’t need to know everything about sustainable materials—as long as you love our collection and enjoy learning more about it.

Do you also see yourself in this:

• You are available for 7.5–15 hours on the weekend

• You’re a smooth talker and have energy to spare

• Experience in retail or the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required—your drive matters more

• You are fluent in Dutch and English (—Utrecht is an international city!)
