Description

SPF 30 sunscreen from the Dutch skincare brand food for skin. This more sustainably produced product is 100% natural and organic. The packaging is recyclable (glass or plastic), and the product is cruelty-free (and vegan). 

Characteristics:

  • Mineral filter, non-nano uncoated zinc 
  • No or very little white residue (spread well; sometimes in the creases)
  • Suitable for everyone 6 months and older

Usage:

  1. When using for the first time: Remove the seal from the tube by unscrewing the cap.
  2. Apply a small amount to your fingertips
  3. Apply to the face and body
  4. Repeat regularly, at least once every two hours

Suitable for everyone 6 months and older. The sunscreen has a shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture. Check the best-by date on the bottom. Once opened, it can be used for 6 months (after that, the SPF will decrease!).

  • Ingredients: Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Zinc Oxide, Terminalia Ferdinandiana (Kakadu Plum) Seed Oil, Stearic Acid, Vaccinium Myrtillus (Bilberry) Seed Oil*, Bisabolol*, Rubus Idaeus (Raspberry) Seed Oil*, Polyhydroxystearic Acid, Tocopheryl Acetate, Pongamia Pinnata (Karanja) Seed Extract. *= obtained from the upcycling of waste streams
  • Vegan

Ingredients in plain Dutch:

1. Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride: Acommonly used moisturizer that leaves the skin feeling soft and supple—made from coconut oil and glycerin.

2. Zinc Oxide: UVA and UVB protection. Zinc reflects sunlight. Our zinc is non-nano and uncoated.

3. Terminalia Ferdinandiana (Kakadu Plum) Seed Oil: oil derived from the kakadu plum seed, containing omega-6, which helps the skin recover and regulates moisture levels in the skin.

4. Stearic Acid: a natural fatty acid derived from canola oil that helps the ingredients blend well.

5. Vaccinium Myrtillus (Bilberry) Seed Oil*: Cold-pressed oil from the European bilberry provides extra protection against, among other things, harmful UV rays that can cause premature aging of the skin.

6. Bisabolol*: derived from the candeia tree, which helps soothe the skin.

7. Rubus Idaeus (Raspberry) Seed Oil*: a natural sunscreen derived from raspberry seed oil that keeps the skin supple.

8. Polyhydroxystearic Acid: an acid derived from plant oils that helps keep the cream stable.

9. Tocopheryl Acetate: a plant-based antioxidant that helps fight free radicals.

10. Pongamia Pinnata (Karanja) Seed Extract: oil derived from the karanja (plum-like) fruit that helps the skin heal.

Allergens: Laboratory testing has not revealed any evidence that this product contains allergens from fragrances.
