We are incredibly proud to introduce our new member club starting Nov. 13: Club Sophie Stone. After almost 10 years of Sophie Stone, this feels like a logical next step. We want to thank you for choosing sustainable fashion and building a better future for fashion together with our community.

Why a loyalty program?
For us, Sophie Stone is about more than just selling beautiful, sustainable clothing. It's about a movement of people who want to consume differently. Who choose quality over quantity, timeless pieces over fast fashion, and brands that are transparent about their production process.
With Club Sophie Stone, we celebrate that commitment. We see you - online and in our store in Utrecht - and we want to give something back to the people who choose slow fashion every day. This program is our way of saying "thank you.
How do you collect points?
You can earn points in several ways. Here are all the ways:
🛍️ For every purchase For every €1 you spend with us, you get 1 point. Whether you store online or visit our Utrecht store, it doesn't matter. Also with sale items you simply earn points over your total amount.
📱 Connect with us on social media Follow us on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok and earn 10 points per platform. This will keep you updated on new collections, styling tips and keep you connected to our community.
👯 Refer a friend Do you know someone who is also interested in sustainable fashion? With our Friends Advantage program, give your friends 10% off their first purchase. And as soon as they order, you get 20 points. Win-win!
🎂 Celebrate your birthday with us On your birthday, you get a whopping 500 points as a gift. So don't forget to add your date of birth to your profile!
♻️ Donate clothing in our store Bring your used clothing to our store in Utrecht and earn 10 points per donation visit. This is perhaps the most valuable way to earn points, as you directly contribute to a circular economy.
What can you do with your points?

🎁 800 points: €20 discount voucher Save up for a big discount on your next investment in your sustainable wardrobe.
🪡 1000 points: Free alteration or repair by Mended This is our favorite reward. Do you have pants that need to be shortened? A sleeve that needs repair? Redeem your points for a free alteration or repair service by our local partner Mended. Bring your garment to our store and we'll take care of the rest. Tailor Nikos will pick it up and bring it back when it's ready.
Circularity is key
At Sophie Stone, we believe that fashion should be circular. That's why we give points for donating clothes. If you have items you no longer wear but are still in good condition, you can turn them in to us.
What happens to those clothes? We give garments a second life by recycling them responsibly through our sustainability partners. For example, do you bring us old tights? We send them to our brand Swedish Stockings and they turn them into furniture. Old jeans are turned into new jeans by MUD jeans and wool sweaters and socks are turned into new sweaters by Rifo! This is how we keep textiles in the cycle and out of the incinerator for as long as possible.
This fits perfectly with the 7 R's of sustainable fashion we stand for at Sophie Stone: Rethink, Reduce, Reuse, Repair, Refurbish, Recycle, and Rot (compost). Every donated coat, sweater or pant is a small step toward a better fashion industry.
Practical tips to take full advantage
- Check your account regularly - Points are valid for 24 months, so use them within that time.
- Combine actions - Stop by on your birthday, bring clothes to donate and make a purchase. That way you collect a lot of points in one go.
- Think strategically - Save for the 1,000-point repair if you have items that need attention. Well-maintained clothing will last years longer.
- Share the love - Refer friends and build your points together
Frequently Asked Questions
Should I sign up if I already have an account? No! If you already have a customer account with us, you are automatically a member as of Nov. 13. Log in via the widget at the bottom left of our site and start saving points.
Does it cost anything to become a member? Absolutely free. This is our gift to our loyal community.
Do I lose points on returns? Yes, but only for the returned item. Your other points earned will remain as usual.
Can I transfer points to a friend? Points are personal and tied to your account, so they are not transferable.

Starting November 13, you'll see the 'Points Saving' widget appear on our website. Do you already have an account? Then you're all set. New to Sophie Stone? Create an account and start saving right away. You will even receive 50 welcome points as a gift!
